I have a diverse set of skills thanks to working in both the corporate and charity sectors. I was employed by a national publishing company based in Poole for over 18 years. I started as an admin assistant and over the years progressed to Senior Production Manager responsible for over 100 staff. I developed a range of skills including management of people, management of change, management of processess, budgeting, recruitment, mentoring and leadership.
After redundancy I joined the charity sector and developed new skills including managing and recruiting volunteers, fundraising, planning publicity events, managing all forms of social media and website updates.
